 This characteristic "stelp farm" was built in 1865 on the edge of the village of Ried.
The farm has been a mixed farm from 1865 till 1980. After that it has been used as a converted farmhouse.
In 2002 the farm was thoroughly rebuild by your hosts, Jan and Agnes de Waard, into what is now "The Rozenstelp" .
The Rozenstelp has nicely furnished, comfortable double rooms with a wash stand.
The rooms are situated on two floors, each floor has its own luxury bathroom.
 On the first floor and the ground floor are big lounges which are available for guests. On the first floor is a billiard room and on the ground floor an old Dutch room with open fire, an open plan kitchen where breakfast is served.
From both lounges you have a beautiful view of the stables.
Smoking is allowed in the lounge on the ground floor.
